Angkor Tour
A comprehensive but leisurely-paced exploration of the ruined cities and jungle temples of Cambodia's fabulous Angkor
4-day tour of the World Heritage Temples of Angkor
Our Angkor tour provides a perfect visit to Cambodia’s awe-inspiring World Heritage site, with its vast jungle-clad temples and mysterious stone carvings. We include a comprehensive tour of all the major sites, plus some lesser-known ones, including a short jungle trek to some rarely visited temples as well as both sunrise and sunset visits.
We’ve spent over 15 years fine-tuning our Angkor tour with the intention of offering you a comprehensive tour, with a wide variety of sites, yet doing so at a leisurely pace. Siem Reap can get very hot and Angkor is a very popular destination so our aim is to optimize your time spent at the temples by avoiding both the worst of the heat and the crowds as well as reducing any possibility of ‘temple fatigue’. The chances are this may be your only visit to what is one of the world’s most spectacular wonders, so we’ll help you to get it right and, if you are lucky enough to have already visited, it surely deserves a second look?!
Our suggested accommodation is a comfortable mid-range hotel, well located in the centre of Siem Reap, with pool and spa facilities, however, various upgrades to 4 or 5* are available upon request.
The price shown to the right is per person based on two sharing. For a private tour for one person, the price is £475 while for larger groups please contact us for reduced rates.
Note that, while our principal Cambodia tours obviously include the world heritage site in their itineraries this Angkor extension is ideal for tours finishing in for example Phnom Penh or Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). These include our Mekong Adventure or Emerald Triangle tours as well as our Hanoi to Saigon itinerary. Siem Reap International Airport has regular flight connections to most major regional airports such as Bangkok, Saigon, Hanoi, Vientiane (Laos), Kuala Lumpur or Phnom Penh, while the latter can also be done as an overland transfer.
