South Thailand Family Holiday (May-Oct)

A family special tour to off the beaten track South Thailand

Reefs and Rainforests

Designed with families in mind this 11-day South Thailand family holiday takes you through some of the off the beaten track parts of southern Thailand. After an unusual behind the scenes tour of Bangkok, using uniquely public transport, we’ll travel to the limestone landscapes of Trang and Nakorn Sri Thammarat Provinces in the far south of the kingdom before finishing with a stay on the unspoilt tropical island of Koh Thalu.

Exciting and varied activities include tuk-tuk and boat rides through Bangkok’s backstreets and canals; visiting one of the country’s last hunter-gatherer groups in a jungle village, canoeing through mangrove swamps and sea caves, nature hikes through the rainforest and snorkelling tours on coral reefs in the Gulf of Thailand as well as, last but not least, meeting plenty of the exceptionally friendly locals and sampling plenty of the world-famous cuisine.

This is the May to October version of our popular South Thailand Family Tour where we move our island stay to the more sheltered east coast of the Peninsula – the Gulf of Thailand – in order to avoid the western monsoon on the country’s Andaman Sea coast.

Our South Thailand Family holiday is a private family tour so all destinations and activities suggested on our itinerary are flexible, This also means that we have no fixed departure dates so the tour can be organised on dates to suit your family.  The price is based on a family of a minimum of 4 persons sharing two twin/double rooms.  Flights are extra and vary according to the season.  Please ask for our most competitive quote.
