Reefs and Rainforests South Thailand Family Tour
Escorted special family tour to off the beaten track Southern Thailand
Escorted 11-day Thailand Family Tour
‘Reefs and Rainforests’; a spectacular, and highly varied 12 day South Thailand family tour. On this exploration of ‘off-the-beaten-track’ peninsular Thailand, we’ll take you through high mountains, steamy jungles, tropical islands, coral reefs and exotic temples. Discover the fantastic sites, spectacular scenery, friendly people and of course the region’s superb cuisine and spicy curries on this family adventure tour through some rarely visited parts of the Thai Peninsula.
An unusual look at Bangkok using only public transport, (boat, tuk-tuk and sky-train); exploring the lush rainforest and spectacular waterfalls in South Thai national parks; canoeing through mangrove swamps, hikes to visit traditional jungle settlements; exploring cave temples and boating among the water-lilies and lotus flowers of Thale Noi Bird Sanctuary are just some of the varied and exciting activities on offer. Our island stays also include options for scuba diving, snorkelling and island-hopping boat trips.
Note, during the western monsoon period, from May to September, we’ll replace the Andaman Sea’s Koh Libong with picturesque and secluded Koh Thalu, situated on the sheltered, eastern, Gulf Of Thailand coast. Being much closer to Bangkok the return journey from Thalu Island will then be made overland rather than by domestic flight.
Also please note that as this is a private tour for individual families there are no set departure dates. This also means itinerary details are flexible, in the case that you’re looking for a shorter or longer trip, and that any destinations or activities can be tailored to suit your family’s ages and preferences.
The price for our South Thailand family tour is based on a family of minimum 4 paying persons, with flights not included. Flights from the UK are arranged on an individual basis with many options with various airlines. Prices are, of course, available for different sized families or groups – please ask.

Rob and Ruth
" Just wanted to say thank you for such a fantastic holiday. There was a good mix of activities in the itinerary and although we packed a lot into the 9 days, we did it at a comfortable pace. The organisation was faultless and our guide was brilliant, with his amazingly broad knowledge of religion, history, wildlife and geology and his relaxed, helpful and friendly attitude. We will definitely recommend All Points East to our friends. "
