Chiang Mai Thai Cookery Class

A fascinating and fun half-day Thai cookery course at an organic farm in Chiang Mai

Learn some of the techniques & secrets of world-renowned Thai cuisine

For anyone with half a day to spare – before or after your Thai tour – why not join a fun and informative, half-day, Chiang Mai Thai cookery class?

Learn some of the techniques and secrets of Thai cooking so you can, (hopefully), reproduce some of the sumptuous local dishes you’ve tried on your trip once you return home.

Your course – and there’s a convenient choice of morning or afternoon ones – begins with a guided tour of the fresh produce market to obtain your ingredients as well as to check out the array of weird and wonderful herbs, fruit and vegetables on display.

After this, you’ll transfer to an organic farm some 12-kilometres out of the city where your hands-on cookery class will begin.

Learn to pound your own curry paste and then cook, and of course, eat, a variety of dishes including appetizer, soup, salad, stir-fry, curry and a local-style dessert. There’s a choice of dishes and both vegetarians and vegans are catered for as well as tailored chilli levels to suit your taste buds.

Experienced teachers, small group sizes, a fun atmosphere and a great location make this our choice for a Thai cookery class in Chiang Mai.

Daily courses run from either 08:30-14:00for the lunch option or 15:30-20:30 for dinner and prices include return transportation, all food, coffee, tea and water plus a complimentary cookery book.
