A fascinating and fun one day Thai cookery course at an organic farm in Chiang Mai. Learn some of the techniques and secrets of Thai cooking so you can, (hopefully), reproduce some of the sumptuous local dishes you’ve tried on your Thai holiday once you return home. You’ll begin with a guided tour of the fresh produce market to obtain your ingredients as well as checking out all the weird and wonderful herbs, fruit and vegetables on display before returning to the farm for an introduction to the organic ingredients at the farm. Learn to pound your own curry paste and then cook, and of course eat, a variety of dishes comprising of your choice of at least 5 different dishes; appetizer, soup, salad, stir-fry, curry and dessert.
